About the Role:Join Culligan of Charlotte & Hickory as a Warehouse Associate in Charlotte, NC, where you will play a vital role in our mission to provide exceptional water solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of a leading water treatment company.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and supplies.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for timely shipment to customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment by following safety protocols.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Participate in regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any order discrepancies.
• Occasional assisting field personnel with large projects/jobs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid forklift certification is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude and strong team player mentality.
