Are you up for the opportunity of a lifetime? If so, we are seeking a Warehouse Associate, who aids in the preparation of shipments and/or receipt of product.
Key Accountabilities:
• Prepare ware for shipment
• Prepare ware for storage in warehouse
• Maintain an accurate account of inventory
• Maintain an efficient and orderly warehouse
• Fulfill the employee portion of the Berlin Values by demonstrating a strong work ethic, teamwork, loyalty, innovation, productivity and driving profitable results.
• Other tasks as required
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
• Prior warehouse experience strongly preferred
• Ability to complete tasks and solve problems with high attention to detail
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to learn
• Has a positive attitude and contributes to a positive team culture
• Self-motivated; reliable, with strong initiative and results orientation
• Models safe work practices
• Is computer literate
Working Environment and Physical Requirements:
Must be able to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 20lbs and occasionally lift and move boxes and/or pallets up to 45lbs through warehouse environment.
IL Base Pay Range $18—$19 USD
