We are looking for a detail-obsessed, highly motivated Warehouse Coordinator to keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine. You will be the crucial link between our warehouse inventory and our installation crews, ensuring that every project has exactly what it needs to succeed. If you have a knack for logistics, a love for accurate record-keeping, and the drive to keep our teams prepared, we want you on our side!

What You’ll Be Doing

• The Inventory Mastermind: Lead the charge on our comprehensive monthly inventory checks. You’ll be our eagle eye, ensuring our physical counts are spot-on and discrepancies are a thing of the past.
• The Documentation Pro: Keep our daily operations flowing smoothly by accurately completing KPA run logs and managing other essential warehouse forms (because the details matter!).
• The Logistics Guru: Become our resident rForce expert! You will dive into the system to lock down upcoming installation schedules and ensure our crews are fully prepped with the exact materials they need before they even hit the road.

• The Master of Order: You are a real-life Tetris champion who thrives on organization and laughs in the face of a chaotic stockroom. "Everything in its place" is your personal motto!
• The Tech Wizard: You pick up new software faster than most people pick up their morning coffee. You’ll be diving into rForce, so being a quick-learning digital problem solver is key.
• The Logistics Whisperer: You are the ultimate bridge between the warehouse floor and the field. You coordinate seamlessly with our installation crews and keep everyone on the same page with a smile.

Compensation & Perks
