Job Description

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by handling the receipt, processing, storage, and shipment of materials and equipment. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient logistics flow through accurate sorting, staging, and tracking of inventory. The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This is a part-time, 30 hours per week, benefit eligible position.

Essential Functions:

  • Unload, sort, scan, and load packages to support warehouse logistics
  • Prepare parts and equipment for pickup and shipping
  • Receive incoming deliveries and coordinate outgoing shipments
  • Stage parts for projects, ensuring all required tools and materials are included
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and overall upkeep
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (as applicable)
  • Load and unload delivery trucks and company vehicles
  • Track, inspect, clean, and perform minor repairs on equipment (including ICRA equipment)
  • Assist with basic technical assembly and testing of equipment (training provided)
  • Perform pickups and deliveries to job sites as needed
  • Support company vehicle and facility maintenance tasks
  • Follow established procedures and safety guidelines at all times
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse setting
  • Frequent lifting, lowering, and movement of packages throughout the shift
  • Regular standing, walking, bending, and reaching
  • Exposure to varying temperatures and warehouse conditions
  • Work schedule is part-time, Monday through Friday, daytime hours

Requirements

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow standard procedures and instructions
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and related software
  • Ability to quickly learn and interpret technical parts lists
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt during high-volume periods
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs unassisted and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs
  • Comfortable working in physically demanding conditions for extended periods
  • Ability to work at heights (including ladders above 12 feet)

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Prior warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience
  • Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment
  • Basic mechanical or technical aptitude for equipment assembly and testing
  • Experience in a customer service-oriented environment

What We Offer:

Targeted Hourly Range: $16.00-$18.00

This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. This range has been created in good faith based on information known to Diamond at the time of posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case.
