We are currently hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Charlotte branch to support our growing operation.
Pay & Schedule
💵 $19.50 per hour (weekly pay via direct deposit)
🕒 Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime available based on business needs
Full-time, day shift position

About the Role
This is an all-around warehouse position supporting every area of the operation — from receiving to shipping. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
This is not a forklift-only role — you’ll be actively involved in all daily warehouse functions.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and verify incoming shipments against orders and invoices
Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and processed properly
Organize inventory and maintain warehouse stock locations
Perform order picking, staging, packing, and loading
Operate forklift safely and efficiently
Use WMS scanning systems to track and manage inventory
Support inventory control and report discrepancies
Load and secure trucks following DOT and company safety standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Assist with receiving, shipping, and overall warehouse workflow

Qualifications:
Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
Experience with WMS scanning and inventory control strongly preferred
Order picking and general warehouse experience
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and remain active throughout the shift
Able to work in varying temperatures and fast-paced conditions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing daily needs
2+ years warehouse experience preferred
Additional Requirements
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
