Position: Warehouse Associate

Department: Operations

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

True Spec Golf is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support operations across our warehouse and build shop. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment. This role includes order picking, inventory management, and cross-functional support throughout the facility. A background in golf is a plus but not required. This is a full-time role with benefits, offering $18–$19 per hour based on experience.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Accurately pick and process orders from the warehouse
• Learn and master the SkuVault inventory management system
• Operate SST Pure machines
• Crosstrain across warehouse and build shop functions, including picking, quality control, inventory management, receiving, and finishing
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe
• Maintain inventory areas with strong attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with team members to support daily operations

Qualifications:

• Inventory management experience preferred but not required
• Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and related tools
• Knowledge of golf equipment is beneficial
• Ability to stand up to 8 hours and lift objects up to 50 lbs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
