Job Shift: DayThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for pulling, packing, and shipping materials in accordance with work orders and Bills of Materials (BOM). This role ensures inventory accuracy, product quality, and adherence to company safety standards. The Warehouse Associate contributes to operational efficiency by maintaining a clean, organized work environment and supporting other warehouse functions as assigned Works integrally with other employees and independently.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
- Pull kits and order materials from designated bins according to BOM listings.
- Pack and label shipping containers or boxes.
- Inspect materials for quality and count inventory accurately.
- Complete all required paperwork and documentation.
- Stack, palletize, and prepare products for shipment.
- Operate manual and automatic packaging machines, scales, and printing devices.
- Maintain compliance with all Flogistix safety rules and procedures.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
- Will be required to keep shop and work area clean by performing daily housekeeping duties.

- Strong organizational skills to track inventory and maintain a clean workspace.
- Reliability and dependability (consistent attendance and punctuality).
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Ability to meet physical demands: standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), pushing, pulling, stacking, and palletizing.
- Basic math and reading comprehension.
- Mechanical aptitude for operating warehouse equipment.
- Demonstrated work history of safety, efficiency, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
- This is a “safety sensitive” position.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts; automated equipment, airborne particles; risk of electrical shock and moving fork trucks. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate; however, hearing protection is required in designated areas where signage indicates it is mandatory.
