PROCON is seeking a reliable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Associate to support our growing team. This role is essential to keeping our shop, warehouses, and facilities running efficiently. The Warehouse Associate performs a variety of tasks related to shop organization, equipment maintenance, material deliveries, and facility upkeep. This position plays a key role in supporting both PROCON and XSS Hotels’ projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain equipment needed for projects to ensure timely completion.
• Assist drivers with loading tools, materials, and equipment.
• Perform tool maintenance and small engine repairs.
• Organize shop equipment and materials in the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Receive deliveries and load trucks.
• Make deliveries to various job sites using a company van and/or rack body truck as needed.
• Process pick tickets accurately within our inventory management system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Support company event setup and breakdown as needed.
• Move office furniture to accommodate team changes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to be forklift certified.
• General warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift.
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and lifting.
• Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborative, professional demeanor with the confidence to support senior leadership.
