We are looking for dependable Warehouse Associates to join our team in Hudsonville, MI.

You'll play an important role in getting our products accurately picked, prepared and loaded so they can make it to our customers on time. No two days are exactly the same, and you'll have the opportunity to learn different areas of our warehouse and grow your skills.

What You'll Do

• Pick and select products accurately for customer orders
• Build and palletize orders to prepare them for shipment
• Operate electric pallet jacks, forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Stage and load products onto delivery trailers
• Maintain accurate inventory and product counts
• Keep warehouse, dock and work areas clean and organized
• Follow food safety, quality and workplace safety procedures
• Work in freezer, cooler and dry storage areas as needed
• Work as part of a team to keep orders moving safely and efficiently
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods

Previous warehouse, order selection or material handling experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person.

These Are a Plus, But Not Required

• Forklift or Hi-Lo experience
• Truck or trailer moving experience
• Warehouse quality control or inspection experience
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse inventory systems
• Previous food distribution or cold-storage experience

About the Work Environment

Our warehouse includes several temperature-controlled areas:

Freezer: Below 0°F

Cooler: Approximately 34–40°F

Dry Storage: Room temperature

Cold-weather gear and proper PPE are provided as needed. Employees must be comfortable working in cold temperatures for extended periods.
