Job Description

Responsible for ensuring the overall loading process of loading is in accordance with Pepsico standards. This individual must coordinate workflow while following PepsiCo and warehouse policies to ensure trucks are loaded in an accurate and timely manner. Individual must also understand and if needed complete the truck check-in process.

Responsibilities

Tuesday-Saturday starting at 10am

8hrs shift

  • Every four weeks, this role includes an overnight Saturday shift (midnight or 1:00 a.m. to 12:00–3:00 p.m.) to support cycle counting.
  • Prepare for the shift by gathering information pertinent to the night’s picking schedule in order to identify priorities and coordinate resources
  • Perform trailer inspections in accordance with the Trailer Inspection Policy
  • Monitors overall workflow to ensure timely and accurate loading of trucks while adhering to all PBNA warehouse and safety regulations
  • Manage and update the list of out-of-stock items to provide pickers with necessary information pertaining to product availability
  • Maintain communication with Supervisor to inform them of any issues pertaining to nightly operations, hourly employees, safety, etc.
  • Perform pallet audits using VoicePick to ensure accurate pallet creation for PBNA customers, if issues are exposed during audits, corrective action must be taken fix the issue
  • Provide coaching and feedback to warehouse employees when it comes to picking, loading, jockeying, and other night loading tasks
  • Finalize all loads for Bay/Bulk and FSV in accordance to PBNA standards
  • Maintain and communicate files pertaining to truck seals and disseminate this information to the appropriate personnel on a daily basis
  • Responsible for performing “T-Com” on sales handhelds prior to truck departure to confirm accurate truck inventory
  • Develops FSV, breakage, and short reports at the end of each night unless this task is handled by the Supervisor
  • Other tasks deemed necessary by the Supervisor

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $39,500 - $63,100.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Previous PIT/Forklift experience required
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Strong inventory experience preferred

  • SAP experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
