Memuat turun dan menyemak senarai pesanan (order) daripada pelanggan melalui sistem WMS.
Menyusun dan menyediakan jadual penghantaran mengikut lokasi, masa, arahan khas, dan kapasiti lori menggunakan Microsoft Excel.
Menghubungi syarikat pengangkutan untuk tempahan lori bagi penghantaran harian.
Membuat tempahan masa penghantaran kepada pelanggan CKA dan IKA.
Memasukkan data order yang telah lengkap dan disusun ke dalam sistem WMS.
Berhubung dengan pihak pelanggan, pengangkutan dan operasi gudang untuk sebarang isu berkaitan penghantaran (hantaran ditolak, lori rosak, etc)
Menyediakan dokumen-dokumen berkaitan untuk persediaan di peringkat operasi outbound.
Menyediakan laporan –laporan berkaitan penggunaan lori harian.
Memantau dan memastikan setiap penghantaran dibuat mengikut jadual yang telah dirancang.
Memastikan semakan order dibuat berterusan supaya tiada penghantaran yang tertinggal.
Membantu tugasa-tugasan Gudang lain di PGDC seperti operasi pengeluaran barang, pengurusan keluar masuk pallet, berdasarkan arahan dari eksekutif operasi Gudang.
Menjalankan tugasan-tugasan lain seperti yang diarahkan oleh Eksekutif Operasi Gudang dari masa ke masa demi kelancaran operasi.
