IKEA Doncaster DC are looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Assistants to join our hardworking fulfilment team on a full-time basis. You'll be part of a collaborative and fast-moving environment where teamwork, efficiency, and customer focus are at the heart of everything we do. Whether you're an early riser or prefer working through the night, we have both day shift and night shift contracts available to suit your preferred working pattern.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Choose from day or night shift contracts.
• Start Date of employment will be: 21st & 28th of September 2026.
Dayshift
• £26,227.50 per annum equivalent to £13.45 per hour with an additional forklift allowance of £243,75 per month,
•37.5 hours per week working 5 days over 7 including alternate weekends. Working rotational shifts of 06:00am - 14:00pm and 14:00pm - 22:00pm.
Nightshift
• £26,227.50 per annum equivalent to £13.45 per hour with an additional forklift allowance of £243.75 per month, including additional nightshift allowance of £365.63 per month.
•37.5 hours per week working 5 Nights over 7 including alternate weekends. Working set shifts of 22:00pm – 06:00am.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• Previous warehouse and MHE experience is preferred but not essential, all you will need is the motivation to make things happen where tasks move quickly.
• The ability of staying on top of things—quick to prioritise, organised, and always tuned in to the little details that make a big difference.
• Be able to manage your own workload and stay motivated, ready to contribute both solo and with our team.
• Due to health and safety regulations all applicants must be over the age of 18.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Receiving goods with accuracy, picking and packing orders, unloading and loading of trailers and keeping accurate records of stock levels.
• Manual Handling of heavy stock. Training will be provided.
• Working with or around heavy machinery, such as, Forklift trucks, counterbalance, pump trucks, to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for our co-workers.
