We’re a family-run business, deeply rooted in values that span generations. As we expand, we’re looking for a Warehouse and Sales Assistant to join us on this exciting journey and play a pivotal role in the future of Rombola Family Farms team based in Wingfield, Adelaide, SA.

About the role:

This is a Casual role. The Warehouse Assistant assist in the preparation and dispatch of all orders at Rombola Family Farms.

Key accountabilities include:

• Stacking cartons/fruit up to 15kg when repacks are necessary.
• Assess quality of incoming fruit for storage.
• Undertake outgoing quality assessment of all orders prior to despatch.
• Assist in picking and labelling of orders.
• Understand and manage stock rotation and storage, ensuring our customers receive high quality fresh produce daily.
• Understand and maintain food safety requirements.
• Ensure efficient operation of forklift.

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

• Current unencumbered Driver’s Licence.
• Current unencumbered Forklift Licence Licence.
• Ability to lift up to 15kg to meet role requirements.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude.
• Flexibility in hours worked to achieve operational targets, ability to work weekends highly desirable.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• High Level of attention to detail.
