Warehouse Assistant (Part-Time) – New Jersey

Position Summary

The Warehouse Assistant supports daily field operations by helping coordinate the efficient arrival and departure of crews, maintaining equipment readiness, and ensuring vehicles and supplies are properly prepared for the workday. This is a part-time position scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays (approximately 20 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist with morning crew dispatch and afternoon crew return, helping ensure teams are properly loaded and ready for scheduled jobs.
2. Support technicians with loading equipment, materials, and supplies into service vehicles.
3. Help oversee basic vehicle readiness and maintenance coordination, including cleanliness, organization, and reporting any issues.
4. Perform warehouse organization and upkeep, including stocking shelves, maintaining inventory levels, and keeping work areas clean and safe.
5. Assist with equipment maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, basic checks, and staging equipment for upcoming jobs.
6. Receive and organize incoming deliveries and supplies, ensuring proper storage and documentation.
7. Support management and operations staff with additional general warehouse and logistics responsibilities as needed.

Requirements / Prerequisites

1. Must possess a clean and valid driver’s license.
2. Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies.
3. Strong organizational skills and reliability.
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

Schedule & Location

1. Part-time role based in New Jersey
2. Scheduled Tuesdays and Thursdays – approximately 20 hours per week

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
