Job Description

  • Received and inspecting incoming cargo for accuracy and damages
  • Maintaining clear and accurate inventory data.
  • Verifying that all vehicle and personnel access to the warehouse has been authorized by CWW and JFL.
  • Organizing appropriate equipment and manpower to facilitate unloading and loading of cargo.
  • Prior to commencing operation all equipment must be inspected to ensure full conformance to the safety checklist. This process must be repeated until safe equipment is provided by JFL (Daily)
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks.
  • Report all cargo damage and incidents to manager immediately. 
  • Prepares standard reports & spreadsheets.
  • Collects, organizes, records, and files information.
  • Inbound receipts - (Verification of all commercial shipments)
  • Weekly loadouts and Backloads (Verification and preparation for storage) 
  • Bin locating spares/ labeling.
  • Preparing cargo for export
  • Cycle inventory count
  • Daily checks (Motors/Compressors/Reefers)
  • Inventory and safety checks must be conducted at start and before COB every day.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area consistent with safety standards
  • Other assigned duties assigned
