Job Shift: DayEventLink Group is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. The role involves receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide effective stocking and organizing of inventory
- Work with management to keep accurate inventory of all equipment and vehicles
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment and trucks
- Assist with warehouse and grounds maintenance
- Driving a box truck or equipment trailer
- Available to assist with event work
- Assist in maintaining D.O.T compliance
- Willingness to obtain proper license to operate entry level commercial vehicles

QualificationsEducation:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license

Experience:
- Minimum two years warehouse or equivalent event experience
- Trailer/DOT experience is a plus (Class B or A license preferred)
Skills:
- Operational knowledge of in-house equipment
- Ability to drive a forklift, box truck and small trailer
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to lift heavy items (100lbs+)
- General carpentry, mechanic, and handyman skills
- Knowledge of proper loading techniques
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
Schedule
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Nights and weekends may be required depending on event schedules
