Logistics & Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a Logistics and Warehouse Manager with a hands-on and operational approach, capable of managing and actively participating in daily activities such as loading/unloading, internal handling, and warehouse organization.

The role will be integrated into a dynamic production environment, requiring a constant presence on the floor and strong coordination skills, supporting the team not only in planning but also in executing tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and participate in goods loading and unloading operations.
• Manage internal handling of materials and finished products.
• Organize and optimize warehouse spaces, ensuring efficiency, order, and safety.
• Collaborate with production departments and the shipping office to ensure proper flow management.
• Monitor stock levels and support periodic inventory activities.
• Use management systems for recording and controlling movements.
• Coordinate warehouse staff, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in metalworking or manufacturing environments.
• English language proficiency required.
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse dynamics and operational logistics.
• Ability to operate forklifts and handling equipment.
• Practical attitude, initiative, and on-the-ground leadership.
• Basic knowledge of IT and management tools.
