Job Description

Solar Energy Solutions is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse and DOT Driver to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position involves managing warehouse operations and safely delivering materials using a DOT-certified vehicle. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing materials for installation crews, and driving a 26 foot box truck to various job sites. Forklift experience is must have. The starting hourly wage is $20, Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm.

Requirements

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Drivers License with clean driving record and ability to pass DOT certification and drug screening.
• Prior experience driving box trucks and operating vehicles up to 26 feet in length.
• Forklift certification and proficiency in warehouse operations including inventory management and order preparation.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in varying conditions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team collaboration.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to off-site locations as required. - Louisville, Cincinnati, and Indianapolis.
