Are you skilled in both warehouse operations and customer service? We are seeking a Warehouse and Customer Service Specialist to efficiently manage warehouse duties while providing excellent service at the counter.

This role involves a balanced split between warehouse tasks and counter sales support. You will be responsible for receiving and inspecting shipments, organizing stock, assisting customers, and processing orders. Comfort with computer use and effective communication are key to success in this position.

• PAY RATE: $19.00hr
• LOCATION: Fort Worth, TX 76140
• HOURS: 7:30am to 4:30pm / M-F
• POSITION: Contract

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and clerical duties related to shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment, and finished products under general supervision.
• Receive goods, verify items against shipment records, and inspect their condition.
• Gather, verify, and pack items for shipment according to specifications and transportation methods.
• Record received and shipped items following established procedures.
• Route materials, supplies, and equipment to inspection or stock areas.
• Complete written and computerized documentation accurately.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Warehouse skills.
• Forklift experience.
• Counter Sales or Customer Service skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to pass drug test and background check.
• Basic reading, writing, and numerical ability.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record may be required.
• Ability to operate powered equipment such as forklift or hydraulic jack lift.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to perform varied tasks.
