To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Shipping Executivelocated in Kallang, Singapore

What a typical day looks like:

• Perform Shipping duties in term of Receiving and Shipment inventory and non-inventories items.

• Process and generate documents for incoming and outgoing shipments in compliance with company procedure and trade compliance requirement.

• Knowledge on trade compliance (Singapore and the company Trade policy)

• Manage a team of Warehouse Assistant and Shipping Coordinators.

• Perform and organize general administrative duties.

• Handle basic correspondence and communication with internal Program Admin/Manager/Production.

• Handle basic correspondence and communication with external Freight forwarder / Customers (if required).

• Provide excellent and timely request for internal issue related to cargo status.

• Perform stock check inventory.

• Preparation of weekly/monthly Department Reports.

• Identify and drive improvement and establish solutions for Shipping / Warehouse and Freight services

• Operate forklift truck/stacker (as necessary).

• Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs.

• Participate and adhere to Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) policy, programs and procedures.

• Assist others within same or cross-functional department assign by Head of Department/Manager on ad-hoc duties as necessary.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent with experience.

• Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience.
