Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels within warehouse systems to ensure sufficient stock availability for allocations.
Import and process stock allocations into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Maintain and reconcile holding stock records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventory information.
Provide accurate stock reports and inventory figures for holding cages and warehouse locations when required.
Liaise with the Stock Movement Team to ensure all stock movements are correctly scanned and updated in the system.
Communicate with Buying and Planning teams regarding stock availability, allocations, and inventory requirements.
Capture and maintain IBT (Inter-Branch Transfer) records and reports on spreadsheets.
Process and import factory allocations into warehouse systems.
Manage staff uniform allocations and plastic bag distribution records.
Assist with inventory investigations, stock reconciliations, and variance reporting.
Prepare and distribute operational and inventory reports as required by management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and warehouse administration standards.
Matric / Grade 12.
Minimum 1 - 2 years' administrative experience within a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or retail environment.
Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Proven experience in stock control and inventory administration.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience within a retail distribution environment will be advantageous
