For our site in Wolfsburg-Hattorf (LZH), we are looking for a full-time Warehouse Administrator (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest possible date.

Your Responsibilities

• Record and monitor incoming and outgoing goods
• Prepare and process shipping documents
• Manage the system-based storage, relocation, and retrieval of goods across different warehouse areas (GLT, tires, and empty containers)
• Label and inspect goods
• Act as a point of contact for dispatch, control tower, system coordination, forklift drivers, and shift management
• Manage bookings within the respective customer systems (Logis, SAP)
• Monitor material provisioning, requested delivery times, and material flows within the warehouse using system tools
• Process and report error pools and discrepancies
• Clarify open goods receipt (GR), MIH, and material bookings
• Monitor and manage IT systems such as ITLS, LKW-Control, Logis, SAP, Lison, iTLS, and Lotse
• Implement 5S standards and actively participate in Kaizen activities
• Report process disruptions and damage incidents

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training
• Experience in warehouse operations and possession of a valid forklift licence
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system
• Good knowledge of warehouse management systems
• Good understanding of goods receipt and goods issue processes
• Knowledge of logistics and organisational processes
• Good IT skills, ideally including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently, reliability, resilience, and flexibility
• Good written and spoken German skills
