WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Unit 1, Bardner Bank, Killinghall, Harrogate, HG3 2SP

Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

We are currently seeking to recruit a Warehouse Administrator!

To ensure the safe, accurate and efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of quality, housekeeping and customer service. The Warehouse Operative plays a key role in supporting production, meeting customer delivery requirements and contributing to continuous improvement within the warehouse.

What are we looking for in our Warehouse Administrator?

• Enjoys practical working and learning
• Someone who is punctual and reliable
• Must posses a full UK drivers license
• The ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Previous experience desirable but not required

What does the Warehouse Administrator actually do?

• Receive, inspect and accurately book goods into the warehouse, reporting any shortages, damages or discrepancies.
• Safely store stock in designated locations and maintain an organised warehouse.
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer and production orders accurately, ensuring correct labelling, documentation and safe vehicle loading.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by supporting cycle counts, stock takes and investigating stock variances.
• Comply with all Health & Safety policies, including the correct use of PPE, safe equipment operation and reporting hazards or incidents.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards by keeping work areas clean, organised and compliant with environmental procedures.
• Follow quality standards and documented processes, taking responsibility for accuracy, reducing errors and reporting quality concerns.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting Lean initiatives, suggesting process improvements and participating in team activities.
