Working in a fast-paced, busy warehouse, our Warehouse Administrators provide invaluable support to our operation, overseeing the administration of timely stock movement.
Due to a period of growth we currently have a vacancy for an Administrator in our South Elmsall Warehouse.
Warehouse Administrators are responsible for managing and monitoring the daily stock file and making relevant adjustments, performing daily reconciliation investigations and producing reports for management. You will also be liaising with the Product Quality & Compliance department, merchandisers and technologists regarding faulty items to update stock reports in line with rework.
The role involves daily use of web screens, Mainframe and Matflow and investigation of load failures. The position requires a candidate with excellent communication skills as there will be extensive liaison with the warehouse management & head office teams, internal teams and 3rd party suppliers.
About you:
You must have experience within an administrative role, ideally within a warehouse environment. You should also have experience of stock tracking activities and have worked with other departments, possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You must be PC literate, notably with Microsoft Excel and be able to produce data and reports utilising formulae and macros.
