Job Description

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime: Occasional overtime as business needs require
Pay rate: $23.00
The Warehouse Clerk plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations through accurate data management, reporting, and system updates. This position requires strong Excel and ERP skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable partnering cross‑functionally to deliver clear insights that support operational decision‑making.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and analyze warehouse operational data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Create, update, and manage Excel‑based reports using advanced formulas and pivot tables.
  • Leverage ERP systems (SAP preferred) to track inventory movements, transactions, and discrepancies.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and ad hoc performance reports related to warehouse operations.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with operations, supply chain, and planning teams to communicate data insights.
  • Identify data inconsistencies and proactively resolve issues.
  • Support deadlines and reporting requirements in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
  • Assist with documentation, data validation, and process tracking as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 - 3 years’ relevant experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables (Power Query a plus).
  • Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Solid data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to cross‑functional partners.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven work environmentPrior exposure to warehouse operations data or logistics environments.

  • Logistics experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Work is primarily sedentary. Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting item weighing up to 15 pounds.

ADDITIONAL INFO

  • Power BI / Tableau or other visualization tools
  • SQL or basic automation experience
  • Process improvement or documentation experience
