In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations, maintain precise records, coordinate documentation for inventory and deliveries, and serve as a vital point of contact between our stores, warehouse, and home office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer communications, including appointment scheduling, confirmation calls, delivery rescheduling, and pick-up facilitation.
• Coordinate with Store Managers by sharing pre- and post-delivery manifests and notes.
• Reconcile delivery paperwork, perform audits, close out tickets, and update invoicing systems.
• Provide dispatch and routing support for delivery teams, assisting with real-time issue resolution on delivery days.
• Generate and analyze reports covering orders, transfers, inventory coding, and invoicing.
• Process exchange and parts orders, print pick lists, and manage store transfer paperwork.
• Handle vendor-related logistics including scheduling third-party technicians, submitting chargebacks, and requesting COIs or damaged item credits.
• Perform general administrative duties such as phone support, data scanning, physical inventory counts, and workspace organization.

Requirements

Professional Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or relevant experience
• 2+ years with routing and/or retail warehouse environments preferred.
• Must be organized, flexible, and detail oriented.
• Knowledge of geographic area required for routing if applicable.
