U.S. Electrical Services Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Admin will support the Cranbury, NJ Distribution Center team by providing essential administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth operational workflows. This role will focus on coordinating communication, managing documentation, supporting inventory and logistics reporting, and assisting with compliance and safety tracking.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Perform daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
· Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records and reports.
· Coordinate incoming and outgoing communication for the office (calls, emails, mail).
· Support scheduling of inbound/outbound shipments and driver dispatch logs.
· Prepare and update spreadsheets and reports related to warehouse productivity and KPIs.
· Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and personnel files.
· Maintain supplies and coordinate maintenance of equipment.
· Support safety compliance documentation and training records.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
· 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Familiarity with WMS, ERP, or timekeeping systems is a plus.
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
