Salary Range: $21.22 Hourly
Position Description:
As a member of the warehouse department, it is our expectation that you perform independently within a highly functional team environment while demonstrating high standards in quality, efficiency, and execution of work as it pertains to daily activities (shipping/receiving, inventory control, and department organization).
Responsibilities:
- Must be a self-starter, possess the ability to prioritize daily workload to effectively meet customer needs.
- Work closely with the shipping team to assist in preparing customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure that outbound materials are properly identified, wrapped, banded and ship-ready condition.
- Participate in the company cycle count program as assigned by management.
- Promptly report inventory discrepancies and review with the warehouse lead to maintain inventory integrity.
- Ensure storage locations are properly maintained in a neat and orderly fashion, materials stored within are accurately identified.
- Contributes to a positive and collaborative work environment with co-workers, management and surrounding departments.
- Demonstrates sound judgement as it pertains to departmental activities.
- Ensure work areas and aisles are clean and organized (showroom ready).
- Adhere to and follow all LSOP’s and ensure ISO compliance on all related activities within order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory functions.
- Maintain a safe and injury free work environment.
- Perform related duties assigned by team leader and management.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
QualificationsEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Documentable experience as well as practical experience in shipping, receiving and order fulfillment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Computer literate, ability to learn company ERP system quickly and possess general knowledge of Microsoft office suite (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)

- Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for the duration of assigned 8-hr shift
