This part-time seasonal position is responsible for handling uniform service needs as well as laundry tasks, cleaning, and providing a positive customer service experience to our guests.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
Complete daily tasks for uniform services to include, but not limited to, uniform distribution, creating seamstress work tickets for modifications and repairs, completing payroll deduction forms for uniforms, and preparing clothing for return back to stock
Responsible for the daily issuance and collection of uniform apparel, maintaining appropriate supply of items, and monitoring for necessary repairs all by utilizing a digital inventory system
Responsible for assisting in the daily sorting, washing, drying, folding, and hanging of all clothing and linens processed by the Wardrobe Department
Ensure the cleanliness of all Wardrobe department areas, including guest-facing areas, office areas, and back-of-house areas
Ability to operate a point of sale register and solely operate the Employee Store
Perform tasks related to inventory management, including the counting, stocking, and restocking of items including Retail and Wardrobe cycle counts
Assist with the jersey personalization process and provide support as needed
Assisting with the completion of Retail E-Commerce orders, including packing and pulling of orders, putting away and checking requisitions, and general organizational tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be 18 or older on date of applying
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must have the ability to safeguard confidential information
Must be detail-oriented and have clear written and verbal communications skills
Must display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image in compliance with Hershey Entertainment & Resorts
Must be friendly, upbeat, work well with other employees, and be able to interact with guests
Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated to perform all aspects of the job at all times
Familiar with basic computer functions and ability to use Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications as well as point of sale registers and Windows tablets
Familiar with the operation of laundry room equipment, weigh bins, computer label equipment, heat sealers, and seam rippers is preferred, but not required
Job Demands:
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with shifts starting as early as 7:00 AM and ending as late as 7:00 PM
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Physical requirements include the ability to stand for up to five hours at a time, walk, bend at the waist and knees and have repeated manual dexterity, and the ability to push, pull, and reach above shoulder level, and lift up to fifty (50) pounds without assistance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment at locations both indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather situations
Exposure to hazardous chemicals in and around workplace
