Compensation: $23.08/hr

What You’ll Do:

  • Check in orders, pull orders, and put stock orders away
  • Look up parts in catalog, create quotes or invoices as needed
  • Create special order requests for parts not in stock and/or acquire in town if possible
  • Monitor special orders, upgrade parts if backorder
  • Keep good communication with customers, both internal and external
  • Actively do cycle counts on the inventory
  • Assist the manager with damage/shortage claims with the manufacturer
  • Deliver parts to the Technicians
  • Set up parts deliveries for wholesale customers
  • Assist all customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
  • Scrap warranty and/or obsolete parts
  • All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

What You Bring:

  • Prior automotive retail/wholesale parts and/or Tekion experience is helpful
  • Ability to sit, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and work on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift, lower, push, leverage, carry, and manipulate packages occasionally weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent customer service; organizational and communication skills
  • Must be able to work well as a member of a team and alone
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
