Compensation: $60,000-$75,000/year
What You’ll Do:
Own and manage Walser Automotive Group's corporate social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
Develop and maintain a strategic social media content calendar aligned with brand, recruiting, community, and business objectives.
Collaborate with the Multi-Media Manager to plan, create, and distribute engaging photo and video content.
Write compelling social media copy that reflects Walser's brand voice and values.
Identify opportunities to tell meaningful stories about Walser employees, customers, leadership, community partnerships, and company culture.
Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to keep Walser's social presence innovative and relevant.
Manage community engagement by monitoring comments, messages, and audience interactions across social channels.
Analyze social media performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement, audience growth, reach, and overall effectiveness.
Coordinate social media support for company events, sponsorships, employee initiatives, recruiting efforts, and community partnerships.
Assist with influencer and creator relationships that align with Walser's brand objectives.
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and execute content opportunities across the organization.
Ensure all content aligns with Walser brand standards and messaging.
What You Bring:
2–5 years of experience managing social media for a brand, organization, or agency.
Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms.
Experience developing social media strategies and content calendars.
Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
Ability to identify trends and translate them into relevant brand content.
Comfortable appearing on camera and coaching employees, leaders, customers, and partners to participate in social media content.
Experience collaborating with photographers, videographers, designers, and creative teams.
Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
