CRB is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional to serve as a Walkdown / Turnover Lead This role works closely with the Construction, CQV, and Quality teams to support field walkdowns on active construction sites and drive multi-discipline systems through mechanical completion and turnover to the client.
The Walkdown / Turnover Lead plays a hands-on role in verifying system readiness by reviewing documentation, performing field verification, identifying and driving closure of punch list items, and confirming completion of required pre-commissioning activities. This position requires strong personal ownership and integrity, with the judgement and fortitude to uphold safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while working under aggressive schedules, as well as the ability to work effectively and ethically alongside field teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
The ideal candidate is a team-oriented self-starter who demonstrates honesty and accountability in their work, takes pride in quality, communicates proactively, and is willing to step in and do what it takes to help the team meet aggressive project milestones.
