Southfield Village is looking for wait staff to join our fun and friendly team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in our gorgeous South Bend facility where we offer a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages growth and autonomy.

Job Duties Responsible for setting and clearing tables, taking residents food and beverage orders and serving residents in a timely professional manner.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Strong organization and time management skills.

  • Able to build positive and strong relationships with team members, residents and their families.

  • Focused and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

  • Able to handle multiple jobs and priorities.

  • Must abide by company uniform policy.

  • Able to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or team members.

Schedule

  • Full-time Days 6am-2pm

Greencroft Communities (GC) is a not-for-profit, faith-based continuing care living community system, organized in 2002. Greencroft Communities serves as the umbrella organization for affiliated and managed communities. Each affiliated community is a not-for-profit entity, with its own board of directors appointed by the Greencroft Communities Board of Directors. Occasionally a management partnership may be formed with a local for-profit owner.

Approximately 2,000 people live in Greencroft-related communities, served by 1,100 team members, in northern Indiana, north-central Ohio and central Michigan. People from at least 20 faith traditions make up the resident populations.
