Key Responsibilities:

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Handle customer inquiries, offer menu recommendations, and address any concerns or complaints.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waitress in a restaurant or similar environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good presentation and a customer-focused attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
