Job Description

AYANA Hospitality is looking for a passionate and service-oriented Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team at AYANA Komodo. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to our guests. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to service excellence will contribute to creating memorable moments and upholding the high standards of our brand.

  • Provide excellent guest service by delivering friendly, professional, and responsive service, and handling guest requests and complaints effectively.
  • Perform food and beverage service operations, including preparing the outlet (mise en place), taking orders, serving food and beverages according to standards, and clearing tables.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and actively promote menu items, including upselling to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards in both personal appearance and work areas, in line with company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments in a flexible and supportive manner to ensure smooth operations and high service quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in food & beverage service or hospitality industry preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests and team members.
  • Basic understanding of food and beverage service procedures, including order taking, table service, and hygiene standards.
  • Well-groomed, disciplined, and customer-oriented, with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work in shifts, adaptable to operational needs, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
