FILINVEST COMPANY: Quest Plus Conference Center Manila (QPCM)

He/She is responsible for mis-en-place, service, and maximization of guest satisfaction in the outlets/banquets, ensure smooth operations of the sections appointed in the Food & Beverage division and customer satisfaction.

• Handle guest inquiries in a courteous manner
• Serve food & beverage to guest accordingly to established service provider and presentation
• Do side duties as assigned on a daily basis by Outlet/Banquet Supervisor
• Have a complete underestanding of hotels products and offering, hotel's and procedures/policy including relating to Fire, Hygiene, health, and Safety
• Ensure proper maintenance and inventory of equipment, wares, and supplies
• Perform other duties as directed by the Management from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College level (atleast 2 years)
• Good oral and written communications
• Atleast 1 year related work experience
• Can start immediately
• Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
