About the Opportunity:

You will play a pivotal role in creating memorable dining experiences for our discerning clientele, ensuring impeccable service and a flawless presentation in our elegant restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.

• Present menus with knowledge and explain dish recommendations clearly.

• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences are noted.

• Serve food and beverages with attentiveness and grace, adhering to proper service standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.

• Upsell menu items and beverages in a professional and suggestive manner.

• Anticipate guest needs and proactively address them to exceed expectations.

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.

• Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a reputable 5-star hotel environment (highly desirable).

• Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.

• A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and elegant dining area.

• Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
