We are looking for an Waiter/Waitress to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will provide attentive and efficient food and beverage service, ensuring accurate order handling and a smooth restaurant operation. You will create warm and memorable experiences through professional and personalized guest service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize mise en place according to daily outlet needs.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menus, ingredients and available products.
• Welcome guests, take orders accurately and serve food and beverages.
• Apply selling and upselling techniques based on guest preferences.
• Follow billing procedures and protect guest and payment information.
• Communicate allergies, dietary requirements and special requests clearly to the relevant teams.
• Anticipate guest needs, handle requests and maintain a clean, safe and organized work area in line with Brand Standards and Health & Safety requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Previous restaurant service experience is preferred.
• Good command of English.
• Good knowledge of restaurant POS and ordering systems.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills, with a guest-focused approach.
• Selling and upselling skills, with basic food and wine knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately during busy service periods.
• Strong teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration skills, with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts according to operational needs.
