The Role

As a Waiter/Waitress, you are the face of Vida Plena's hospitality — delivering warm, attentive, and personalized service that makes every guest feel truly cared for. Maintaining a confident and welcoming presence — always with a smile — that enhances the atmosphere and guest satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Take and serve orders, manage tables, and engage with guests to elevate the dining experience.
  • Prioritize delivering a seamless guest experience through attentive service.
  • Manage and communicate any food allergies or intolerances by informing the Head Waiter.
  • Ensure tables are clean and properly set up for each guest.
  • Accurately relay food and drink orders to the kitchen, especially when dealing with guest preferences.
  • Double-check all orders to ensure they meet the guests dietary needs and expectations before serving.
  • Upsell food and beverage items by suggesting complementary dishes, premium drinks, or higher-margin items.
  • Provide suggestions based on the menu, highlighting specials or guest favorites to enhance the dining experience and increase revenue.

What We Expect From You

  • Experience: 1–3 years in front-of-house hospitality roles.
  • Familiarity with serving etiquette, menu items, and dietary requirements.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking ability, and strong attention to detail.
  • Confident in recommending higher-margin items and guest favorites.
  • Friendly, personable, and attentive — a natural at creating connections.
  • High stamina and the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
  • Works collaboratively while managing their own station with confidence.
  • Open to learning through regular training in upselling, guest feedback, and service refinement.
