As a Waiter, you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming guests and providing them with menus and information about our offerings.
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders and ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to maintain service quality.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Addressing guest inquiries, resolving any issues gracefully, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Contributing to a friendly and positive atmosphere for both guests and team members.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a waiter or in a customer service role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A commitment to providing excellent guest service.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dining environment.
