Our client, a well-established restaurant offering authentic Maltese & Mediterranean cuisine at the heart of the Valletta Waterfront, is looking for Waiters to join their team and deliver excellent service in a vibrant dining atmosphere.
This is a full-time, on-site role for Waiters. The successful candidates will be responsible for welcoming and serving guests, taking orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing a high-quality dining experience that matches the restaurants standards.
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve dishes and drinks in line with restaurant standards.
Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Process payments and handle transactions responsibly.
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role (experience in hospitality is an asset).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
Team player with good organizational skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages (such as Maltese or Italian) are an advantage.
