Based at the Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, as the IRD Waiter you will be responsible for performing all operational tasks and duties related to in-room dining service under the guidance of the respective managers and supervisors. Your primary objective is to ensure that all food and beverage orders are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with Mandarin Oriental service standards, while creating a memorable and satisfying experience for every guest.
