• Ensure impeccable presentation, cleanliness and organization of therestaurant and service areas.
• Work seamlessly with the culinary and service teams to create a harmonious and exceptional guest journey.
• Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism, empathy and a solution-oriented approach.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Are naturally warm, attentive and confident, with excellent communication skills.

• Communicate comfortably in Czech and English.
