Job Description

Are you looking for a fun job in a lively and international environment? Hilton Reykjavík is hiring waiters to work evening shifts. The position involves shift work according to a work schedule. Join a diverse and close-knit team with strong team spirit, dedicated to delivering outstanding service!

Tasks:

  • Setting up and preparing the conference and meeting rooms.
  • Coordinating catering and refreshments in the meeting rooms.
  • Welcoming and assisting clients.
  • Providing customer service and communicating information internally.
  • Managing and following up on bookings.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

Qualification:

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Tidiness and attention to cleanliness.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English or Icelandic.
  • Must be at least 20 years old.
