Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service by creating a warm, welcoming, and personalized dining experience.
- Provide expert menu recommendations, accurately take and serve food and beverage orders, and ensure exceptional service standards.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented dining areas in line with Aethos standards.
- Support stock control and ensure all service items are replenished and ready for operation.
- Process guest payments accurately while following company procedures.
- Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with the restaurant and kitchen teams, contributing to a positive, efficient, and guest-focused service.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Previous experience in hospitality is highly valued.
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest service with a warm and professional attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high service standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
