Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Waiter to take orders and deliver food and beverages to our customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed guest expectations
• Ensure guest are satisfied with their food orders, beverages, and service standards
• Upsell food and beverage items throughout the meal with an impeccable knowledge of the Brand Standards
• Monitor guest's needs and promptly handle requests
• Develop a positive, direct, and open relationship with all colleagues
• Comply with health & safety, hygiene policies and procedure

Operations

• Be aware of restaurant skills and standards, ensuring these are followed
• Consistently follow the correct standards and Sequence of Service
• Work as part of a team to help colleagues whenever possible
• Make sure to understand the food and beverage Menus inside out
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Be aware of allergy information on menu items
• Make sure that Food and Beverage knowledge are achieved to high standard
• All food orders with customers are ensured and correct
• Use the pad to take the order
• All order is thru POS System
• Work with bartenders to fill beverage orders
• Work with pizzeria and kitchen staff to process and expedite food order
• Make sure you participate to every single activity made to engage our guest, create the extra experience that is what is distinguishing us on the global market
• Adherence to restaurant health and safety policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
• Work hygienically and productively
• All maintenance matters are logged in the appropriate manner in a timely fashion and followed up as required.
• Prepare the restaurant set up following the Brand's standards, make sure to be ready for the service time
• Follow the grooming standards, and make sure that your uniform looks always immaculate
• Be on time for your shifts, and be present for the briefings

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Waiter
• Basic math skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Team spirit
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• High school diploma
