• Provides a positive first impression to every guest through a warm, welcoming individual greeting; always maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
• Nurtures a lasting connection with every Guest by always showing genuine interest during service and remaining fully engaged throughout their stay with us.
• Create a comfortable, elegant ambiance by always preparing table settings and maintaining service stations in line with all Company standards.
• Consistently provide helpful explanations and suggestions on the menu and offer assistance with wine pairings.
• Always deliver Food and Beverages as requested, promptly, in the correct service order, follow up to ensure each guest's needs have been met and suggest solutions to any issues.
• Maximizes wine and beverage sales by invitingly offering suitable choices.
• Always follow all Company guidelines, policies, and procedures, including HACCP protocols

Qualifications

• A friendly, customer focused attitude with the drive to provide total customer satisfaction
• Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and efficient
• A good eye for detail & previous cleaning, customer service or hospitality experience
• Excellent communication skills & a high standard of grooming and presentation
• The ability and flexibility to work in a 24 hour, 7 day working environment
