Position Summary
We’re looking for friendly and dependable Wait Staff / Servers to join our team!  In this role, you’ll provide excellent service to residents and guests by taking orders, delivering meals, and creating a warm, welcoming dining experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with seniors and being part of a supportive team.
What You’ll Do
- Greet residents and guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver meals to dining areas and resident floors in a timely manner
- Provide menu information and make recommendations as needed
- Ensure tables are properly set and dining areas remain clean and organized
- Clear dishes and reset tables between courses
- Assist with dishwashing, restocking, and general kitchen/dining room cleaning
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work closely with kitchen and serving staff as part of a team
- Assist residents as needed (ex: walking with a cane/walker)

Qualifications
- No prior experience required—training provided!
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed
- Experience with food service or customer service is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing and walking
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Bending, reaching, and carrying trays
- Working in a fast-paced environment with frequent movement

Work Environment
- Indoor setting within dining rooms and kitchen areas
- Exposure to heat from dishwashers and kitchen equipment
- Use of cleaning chemicals and food service equipment
