Cornerstone Co-op invites applications for the position of Produce Manager to lead our Produce Team on a full-time basis at our location in Wainwright, AB Reporting to the Food Store Manager.

Engage and interact with member-owners and customers to provide outstanding Co-op experiences.

Who you are:
You have Grade 12 education combined with experience in retail grocery, produce, or leadership.
You possess strong leadership skills and enjoy coaching and developing a team.
You are proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word) and can manage files and administrative documentation.
You can successfully complete required background checks, including a Criminal Record Check and credit check.
You can regularly lift up to 50 lbs and can meet the physical demands of a fast-paced retail environment.
You are action oriented, customer focused and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
You are honest, trustworthy, results-driven and strive for excellence in your work.
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver meaningful solutions, valuing diverse perspectives to achieve shared objectives.
You are customer-focused and passionate about delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
