Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable MC Shuttle Driver based in Wagga Wagga to join our transport operations team.

This role operates on a two-driver, one-truck structure with alternating day and night shuttle runs between Wagga Wagga, Sydney, and Mildura. The position offers consistent work, set schedules, and an organised changeover system between drivers.

Drivers will rotate between the Sydney night shuttle and Mildura day shuttle every 2 weeks.

Shuttle Runs & Schedule

Sydney Shuttle – Night Shift

• 
  Depart Wagga Wagga approximately 6:00pm
• 
  Shuttle run: Wagga → Sydney → Wagga
• 
  Sunday to Thursday roster
• 
  Sunday shift includes loading at Australia Post depot
• 
  Remaining shifts are preloaded ex-Sydney

Typical Schedule

• 
  Sunday – 6:00pm
• 
  Monday – 6:00pm
• 
  Tuesday – 6:00pm
• 
  Wednesday – 6:00pm
• 
  Thursday – 6:00pm

Mildura Shuttle – Day Shift

• 
  Depart approximately 4:00am–6:00am
• 
  Shuttle run: Mildura → Wagga Wagga
• 
  Monday to Friday roster
• 
  Freight loaded for next-day deliveries

Typical Schedule

• 
  Monday – 5:00am
• 
  Tuesday – 5:00am
• 
  Wednesday – 5:00am
• 
  Thursday – 5:00am
• 
  Friday – 5:00am

What We’re Looking For

• 
  Current MC Licence
• 
  Previous linehaul or shuttle experience preferred
• 
  Strong understanding of fatigue management and NHVR compliance
• 
  Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused attitude
• 
  Ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively
• 
  Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
